I love his creativity.
I love the calluses on his hands that remind me how hard he has worked for us.
I love how he makes me laugh when I'm trying to be mad at him.
I love how he is like a big kid when he plays with our kids,
but he is firm and wise when he disciplines them.
I love how sometimes I find a jar full of gleaming Sunflowers in the house for no particular reason.
I love his absurdity because things will never be dull.
I love that he feels a pull to the woods and the mountains.
I love to take pictures of him asleep because of those rare moments of calm.
I love that he dreams big and he makes me dream big too.
I love that the longer I am with him the more I can't imagine life without him.

Can't help wish Daddy could read this and see the pictures. But, then, we can't know that he doesn't see and understand.
