eight years

Eight years ago today we stood in a field and vowed to belong to each other. We were total opposites in a lot of ways. I think that makes things hard sometimes but it has also helped us to soften each other's edges. I knew when I married Joshua Caleb Green that my life would not be short on laughter and adventure and it definitely has not been. So today I reflect on where we've been, the sweetness, the trials, the oceans we've seen, the cities we've walked, the people we've loved, the babies we've made and I thank God for this man whom I love with all of my heart.

congrats guys! I still kinda feel bad that we were on our honeymoon while y'all were getting married, but not really :)

You are two amazing people. Happy adventures in the future!

I love you too, Josh. You even successfully taught me that 24 is much more than two dozen. Happy, Happy to you both. Mom (as in Beth) Mom

Thinking about your anniversary has brought me back to the days before we were both married, when we shared talked late into the night and giggled way too much, and it put a smile on my face. Thanks. What a joy to walk through life with you my friend.

Congrats, guys!!! I loved reading this. I made me think of all your adventures together, the way you both have gotten even better, and how there are these wonderful little people running around and giving me hugs that just wouldn't be here if not for your love for one another.

So much happens in eight years! How rich life continues to be and how very thankful we are to be parents of such wonderful children! It was so much fun watching you both in your dating days and praying and hoping dating would lead to marriage. Those conversations with each of you are stored in my heart. Happy Anniversary! Love, Mom (Mimi)
